Reduced Cost Windows 10 Qualifying Individuals

In order to purchase any computer with a Windows Operating System (not for Apple products) at a reduced rate, you must be participating in a State or Federal assistance program similar to the California based programs listed below. Programs vary state by state, but in general, you qualify if you are considered below the 200% poverty level. 

In order to qualify as an individual, you must fill out our Reduced Cost Windows License Qualification Form

  • Medi-Cal / Medicaid 
  • NSLP (National School Lunch Program)
  • Public Housing Assistance or Section 8 voucher
  • Cal Grant Financial Aid
  • Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) 
  • California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE)
  • Head Start or First 5 California Program
  • Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
  • CalWORKS 
  • California Family PACT
  • Emergency Food Assistance Program (EFAP)
  • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
  • Welfare or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)  
  • SSI (Supplemental Security Income) 
  • SSDI (Social Security Disability)
