Tested for key functionality,R2/Ready for Resale: Woofer seems to work correctly, but needs refoam.  Tweeter is bad, replacements are available.  Crossover seems good and passes signal to tweeter and woofer, but cannot fully verify its functionality. 

Grill pegs broken, cabinet in ok shape, but not that great
